FragSwapper.com is a newly offered public service that is free to the general public. The
practice of tracking frag swapping events has been in use by NCPARS since 2003, but it wasn't until
recent that FragSwapper.com was born and offered the service to all organizations world wide.
Since we are new, we are offering this service FREE TO EVERYBODY for a limited time.
In the future we will continue to be free for most non-profit organizations, but will request
a small fee for organizations that are not under the non-profit standing or large non-profit
organizations that will require a substantial bandwidth usage of our site. The use of the site
will always be free to the general user, it is only the organization that will pay for their
registration and event listings.
